From a husband and wife facing foreclosure of their home and aggressive creditor calls:
I am a real estate appraiser and my problems began in March of 2006. The Real Estate market dropped dramatically and work experienced a major drop. I kept on saying it would get busier and then I would catch up to my expenses. Well it did not happen, every month I got deeper and deeper in debt and phone calls from my debtors where calling a minimum of 100 times a day. It got to a point that I didn't answer the phones they were driving me crazy. These debtors were calling me, my married children, my parents, neighbors and even my son wife parents in the State of MA. Talk about the embarrassment and the effects on my health I had no idea what to do. I contemplated suicide many times and stop all medications I had to take in a effort to succeed. The calls were driving me crazy they called my home phone, cell phone, work phone, and my wife work phone. These calls started at exactly 8 AM and stopped at 9:PM every day including weekends.
It didn't take long that I lost a second home due to a foreclosure, and tried to let one car go but in November my house was going to be auctioned off. I was like a wounded fish being circled by killer sharks and there was no way out. I just didn't know who to turn to and everyone that could help were added top the shark circle, trying to take as much as they could from me. I went to see a very good friend of mine who is an attorney and he recommended me to see Raef Granger that is an expert in providing help in this area. My friend called Raef and told him my problem and we made an appointment at Granger Law for the next day. They were auctioning off my home in 5 days.
We met with Raef and were impressed with his advice and sincerity in helping us. We informed him about the calls and our debt problems and we followed his advice. It took 2 days and there were no more phone calls, and just this was a relief. We decided to file chapter 13 and the auction was stopped and anyone that had problems with us was told to call Raef Granger. Granger Law has a secretary that is very knowledgeable and was always on top of our case. Despite attorneys reputation of not returning calls or putting a case on the back burner Raef was on top of everything and always kept us informed what was going on. His concern for us was genuine to a point where he gave us his home number if we needed him. What can I say; I don't know of many people that would do this.
We have encountered so many problems in this ordeal from our mortgage company that words cannot describe what we went through. We have tried to talk to our mortgage company since November 2006 and we could not talk to anyone, Raef tried and he had no luck and he spent many hours on hold trying to talk to someone and he had no luck but he never gave up. Well now a lot of time has gone by and we still have our home but still having trouble with our Mortgage Company, and Raef is still on top of every problem that we encounter.
After all this time in dealing with this I thank Granger Law for all the hard work Raef did and his associate Cathy who is just fantastic and always giving us hope. I thank God that I was fortunate to have Granger Law to represent my wife and I.

A testimonial from a couple up north who sought our assistance with filing bankruptcy:
After we had exhausted every way we could to get out of debt, we made a very difficult decision; we knew bankruptcy was our only solution.
I called Mr. Granger to set up an appointment. He spoke to us directly, and after listening to my concerns made me feel very comfortable and less upset. During our office visit, both he and his paralegal answered our questions and reassured us we were not alone. They showed us understanding, kindness, and concern. We were told to call anytime, which we did, and if we left a message, we were always called back.
We both would highly recommend Raef Granger for any legal assistance needed.
Sincerely,

Kathy,
I want to thank you and Raef for every thing you have done for me and I am looking forward to a new life that you both have given me. I can assure you that I have learned the true meaning of living within the means. I have learned that you can live on $5.00 a week and still be happy to be alive and that materialistic items are not as important as food, water and shelter.
Again from the bottom of my heart Thank You So Much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
